Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of the artworks we exhibit, all sales are considered final. We encourage clients to ask any questions and, when possible, view works in person before completing a purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. You may reach us at [email/phone number], providing photographs of the damage or error along with your order details. We will review the situation and work with you to offer an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, exchange, or refund on a case-by-case basis.
Special Considerations
For commissioned works or pieces held on layaway or payment plans, all terms will be outlined in a separate agreement and are also considered final unless otherwise specified in writing.
