    Damaged or Incorrect Items
    In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. We will review the situation and work with you to offer an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, exchange, or refund on a case-by-case basis.

    Special Considerations
    For commissioned works or pieces held on layaway or payment plans, all terms will be outlined in a separate agreement and are also considered final unless otherwise specified in writing.
